The Bald Eagle is one of the most important beings in there art and mythology, it is also traditionally the most prominent of there Crests. The Eagle is associated to the Pursuit of Freedom and is reverted as a powerful hunter.
This Eagle feast dish is a fine example of pieces that are used in Potlatches and other Ceremonies.
This has been fully carved from Alder and then painted it measures 15 inches in length by 9 inches in width and is 5 1/2 inches high.
